Marketing Your Home

Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit photos and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website,, and on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications, to give buyers the most reason to keep coming back.

Our distinctive "For Sale" sign is placed on your property along with corresponding riders. (Coming Soon, For Sale, Under Contract, etc.)

As quickly as possible after receiving your signed listing contract, we prepare and print professionally bound flipbooks. These books contain photos and information about your listing and will be available to all potential buyers who enter your home, whether it be at an open house or private showings with an agent.

All of our property listings are announced as new listings via email to our network of agents and are blasted to the Realtor2Realtor network of 4,800+ Realtors in Central Texas. Links to our current listings are also included in our newsletters.

All of our property listings are shared on our social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google, etc. After being entered in the MLS, we post your home as "Coming Soon" and/or "Just Listed" along with featured posts highlighting your home while it's on the market. Our goal is to reach as many potential buyers as possible to sell your home more quickly.

When hosting an open house, our agents put signage at intersections, corners, neighborhood entrances, etc., to direct traffic and lead potential buyers to the open house. All open houses are entered in the MLS and blasted on social media as well.
